Consulting for enhancing marketing processes

The project began with ZERTIOR’s development of various communication and marketing actions around music and sports in one of the group’s shopping centres.

After that, CBRE Global Investors (one of the largest real estate management companies in the world) commissioned ZERTIOR to design a comprehensive plan to optimise marketing activities and processes, to be rolled out  across ten shopping centres in Spain. For this large-scale and complex consulting project, ZERTIOR created a bespoke task force.

Thanks to the boost of several substantial improvements in the areas of strategy, business intelligence, quality, marketing and communication, the centres were able to optimise their performance and bolster their competitive position within the industry.
